TurboInnovate's journey began with a chance encounter between two passionate scientists, Rupak Doshi and Norman Huang, at UC San Diego in 2013. In 2019, fate reunited Rupak and Norman, and their shared vision now crystallized into OmniSync. The company quickly gained recognition for its expertise in helping deep tech and life science startups secure non-dilutive funding from the government. This success quickly caught the attention of federal agencies like the U.S. Air Force. They approached OmniSync with a unique challenge: develop an AI-driven platform capable of scanning millions of data points to predict innovation trends and identify key players in the ecosystem.

This collaboration birthed TurboInnovate—a revolutionary tool that synthesizes deep scientific insights and market intelligence, enabling innovation teams to make informed decisions successfully and reach markets faster than ever before. In just a few short years since its inception, TurboInnovate has grown significantly by partnering with influential groups such as Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, NIH, NASA, alongside major corporates like Amgen.
